Questions
What clinicians ask before they switch
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, or annual if you want the two months free. Cancel from the settings page.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You export notes, client records, invoices and measures in standard formats. We don't hold them hostage.
Do I pay for clients?
No. Plans are per billing clinician. Your caseload can be any size.
Is the faith content required?
No. It's off by default on practice accounts. Turn on what you want for the clients who want it.
Can my practice be white-labeled?
Yes, for organizations. Email us from the get-started page and we'll talk about what you need.
Do you take a cut of course sales or between-session fees?
No. You pay card processing and keep the rest.
