Courses
Sell the material in your drawer.
The sleep hygiene talk. The four-week anxiety skills series. The handout on boundaries you have printed two hundred times. Emmaus, the course platform in the Presence+ suite, is included in your plan. Record it once, assign it to clients, and charge for it if you want to.
Three ways clinicians use it
Teaching that happens between sessions
Psychoeducation you stop repeating
The twenty minutes you spend explaining the window of tolerance to every new client becomes a lesson they watch before session two. Session two starts further along.
A skills program with a price
A four- or eight-week series on sleep, worry, grief, or a couple's communication, sold to your own clients and to the public. $49 or $149; you decide.
A step-down after therapy
When a client finishes, a maintenance course keeps them practicing and keeps you in touch, at a price that makes sense for both of you.
How it works
Publish once. It lives in the client's app.
01
Build
Lessons of video, text, worksheets and short quizzes. Record on your laptop or phone. Upload what you already have.
02
Price
Free for your clients, paid for the public, or both. Standard card processing applies; the rest is yours.
03
Assign
Add a course to a treatment plan or send it to one client. It appears in their app's Learning tab.
04
See progress
Which lessons were finished before the next session shows on the client's record, next to their outcome scores.
Also
Courses you don't have to write
Emmaus is shared across the Presence+ network. Divine Mercy University publishes formation and psychoeducation courses there, and clinicians in the network publish their own. You can assign any course that its author has made available, and you can give every client in your practice access to the whole library with the org-wide course add-on.
Course content is yours. You keep the copyright, you can take a course down whenever you like, and nobody else can assign it unless you say so.
Bring a handout
On the walk-through we'll turn one of your handouts into a lesson and assign it to a test client, so you can see the client side.
